The owners of this space, soon to be Rocco’s Pizza and Subs, truly embraced the floor being funky - and we think it looks good despite all the years of abuse. That’s the wonderful, sustainable fact about concrete flooring. All the tile ripped up is in a landfill now but this floor will remain intact and functional for years to come. With a minimal carbon footprint concrete flooring is a responsible choice. Beyond that is it one of the most durable options for a commercial space that requires little maintenance.
