Industrial Epoxy
Solid color epoxy and poly are actually some of the least forgiving materials to install.
Since we treat around a million sf/year, we were well equipped to pull off this turn-key solution for Fine Line Electric.
The surface prep has to be perfect. We used a planetary machine to grind the floor with diamond tooling.
The cracks are then chased out with a V-shaped blade on an angle grinder actually making them bigger. Those profiled cracks are filled proud (overfull) with sand and urethane, fill it proud then ground flush.
Finally the epoxy, is installed.
